We are looking for a strong Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Management Group. The job of a Technical Recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT positions; the Recruiter also reviews, reformats and presents resumes to the reporting manager.
Effective Sourcing, Search Strings, Screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Role & Responsibility:
Experience in full-cycle recruiting: Understating the JD, Sourcing, Screening, scheduling for the interview process, and follow-up with the candidates for assigned the job.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice, Monster, etc).
Should have excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.
Good Understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
Should have negotiation skills.
